What is my dealer code?
The dealer code is the 5-digit number that you use to identify yourself when you call Channel Care. If you are an independent dealer, this number starts with "0". If you are a Corporate Store, this number starts with "5".
What is my outlet code?
This is the 10-digit number that you use when you process any customer transaction.
I am getting the message "invalid coupon number" when I enter the coupon code - what should I do?
Please make sure you that you are entering the coupon code exactly as it appears.
I am getting the message "This coupon has already been redeemed" when I enter the coupon code - what should I do?
This message means that the customer has already redeemed his/her coupon. Each customer is only issued one coupon and can only use it once.
When and where can coupons be redeemed?
The coupon is valid until December 25, 2012 and can be redeemed at any TELUS authorized dealer or TELUS Corporate Store.
Can a Platinum PERKS member use the coupon for themselves?
The coupon cannot be used by the Platinum PERKS member to renew their current phone. It can only be used to activate a new account or help someone else renew their phone.
Can a coupon be used several times?
No. Each customer is only issued one coupon and can only use it once. Once the coupon code is applied to an activation or renewal, it cannot be used again.
Can a client redeem several coupons for the same purchase?
No. This offer is not stackable so customers cannot use several coupons for the same purchase.
If the phone price is less than $50, can the remaining credit be used towards an accessory?
No, the balance of the coupon will be lost if the phone price is less than $50.
Can the remaining credit on the coupon be used towards the customer's device balance?
No, the credit on the coupon cannot be used on device balance or any early device upgrade fee (EDUF) payments.
Can the remaining credit on the coupon be used as service or support feeds (example activation or swap fees)?
No, the credit on the coupon cannot be used on any service and support fees.
